Application
It
is time once again to renew your membership to Connecticut Association
for Healthcare Quality (CTAHQ) or join us as a new member. CTAHQ is an
organization that promotes excellence in healthcare improvement through
educational opportunities and networking.
Our members share expertise in
performance improvement, quality management, risk reduction, infection
control and many other healthcare concerns across the continuum of care.
We have been recognized by our national
organization, National Association for HealthCare Quality (NAHQ), with
Silver and Bronze Awards for State Association Excellence. We are very
proud of our growth as an organization and welcome you as a team member.
We invite you to join one of the teams
that support CTAHQ activities. We also encourage you to share your
opinions and experiences as we share ours with you. Our website,
www.ctahq.org, includes a calendar of events, job announcements, links
to other quality websites, and other professional tools and resources.
There is also contact information of Board Members and Officers. If you
are interested in professional certification as CPHQ, we can help you.
As benefits of membership, you will
receive our quarterly newsletter, email updates, program brochures, and
access to our Members Only section of the CTAHQ website.
Individual membership fee is $55
Organizational membership fee is $110
which offers three memberships from the same institution for the price
of two.
